이용약관

1. 서비스
애드브리프(이하 ‘서비스’)는 구글 시트에 있는 Meta 광고 데이터를 분석해 성과 브리핑을 만들고, 사용자가 정한 곳으로 보내 주는 구글 시트 부가기능입니다. 이 약관은 서비스 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 이용 조건
- 서비스를 이용하려면 구글 계정이 필요하며, Google의 서비스 약관을 함께 지켜야 합니다.
- 사용자는 시트에 넣는 광고 데이터를 사용할 권한이 있어야 합니다.
3. 사용자의 책임
- 받는 사람 메일 주소, 웹훅 주소, 노션 연결 정보 등 설정은 사용자가 직접 입력하고 관리합니다. 잘못된 설정으로 브리핑이 다른 곳에 전송되지 않도록 주의해 주세요.
- 노션 연결 토큰과 웹훅 주소는 비밀번호처럼 다른 사람과 공유하지 마세요.
4. 브리핑 내용
브리핑은 사용자가 넣은 데이터를 자동으로 분석한 결과로, 참고용입니다. 광고 운영과 예산 결정은 사용자의 판단과 책임으로 합니다. 원본 데이터가 정확하지 않으면 브리핑도 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다.
5. 서비스의 변경과 중단
서비스는 기능을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 중단은 가능한 한 미리 알립니다.
6. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
서비스는 ‘있는 그대로’ 제공됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 이용 또는 이용하지 못한 것으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 지식재산권
서비스와 관련된 권리는 애드브리프에 있습니다. 사용자가 넣은 데이터와 그로부터 만든 브리핑에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다.
8. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 바뀐 약관 시행 뒤에도 서비스를 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
9. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service

1. The Service
AdBrief (the “Service”) is a Google Sheets add-on that analyzes Meta ad report data in your spreadsheet, creates performance briefings and delivers them to the destinations you choose. By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- You need a Google account and must also comply with Google’s Terms of Service.
- You must have the right to use the ad data you place in the spreadsheet.
3. Your responsibilities
- You enter and manage settings such as recipient email addresses, webhook URLs and Notion connection details. Please make sure briefings are not sent to unintended destinations.
- Keep your Notion token and webhook URLs private, as you would a password.
4. Briefing content
Briefings are automated analyses of the data you provide and are for reference only. Decisions about advertising and budgets remain your responsibility. If the source data is inaccurate, the briefing may be inaccurate.
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue features of the Service. We will try to give advance notice of significant changes.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the Service belong to AdBrief. You retain all rights in the data you provide and the briefings created from it.
8. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
