개인정보처리방침

애드브리프(이하 ‘서비스’)는 구글 시트에 있는 Meta 광고 데이터를 분석해 성과 브리핑을 만들어 주는 구글 시트 부가기능입니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 Google 사용자 데이터에 어떻게 접근하고, 사용하고, 저장하고, 공유하는지 설명합니다.
1. 서비스가 요청하는 권한과 하는 일
서비스는 아래 권한만 요청하며, 각 권한은 적힌 일에만 사용합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보
- 광고 성과 데이터 — 사용자가 시트에 넣은 캠페인·광고 세트·소재 이름, 날짜, 지출, 노출, 클릭, 전환, 매출 등. 분석하는 동안 읽기만 하며, 결과는 같은 파일의 브리핑 시트와 사용자가 켠 채널로 보냅니다.
- 설정 정보 — 브리핑을 받을 메일 주소, 슬랙·구글챗 웹훅 주소, 노션 연결 토큰과 페이지 주소, 분석 기준과 목표, 일정 등. Google이 제공하는 저장소(Apps Script Properties Service)의 해당 파일 영역과 사용자 영역에 저장됩니다.
- 서비스는 위 정보 외에 이름, 연락처 등 개인을 식별하는 정보를 따로 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 이용 목적
처리하는 정보는 브리핑을 만들고 사용자가 정한 곳으로 보내는 데에만 사용합니다. 광고 게재, 사용자 프로파일링, 인공지능 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 저장 위치와 보관 기간
- 서비스 제작자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 광고 데이터와 설정은 사용자의 구글 계정과 해당 스프레드시트 안에만 있습니다.
- 정보는 사용자가 지울 때까지 보관됩니다. 제어판에서 설정을 지우거나, 부가기능을 제거하거나, 스프레드시트를 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다. 노션 연결 토큰은 ‘알림 받을 곳’에서 노션 연결을 끄면 삭제됩니다.
5. 제3자 제공
- 서비스는 사용자 정보를 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다.
- 브리핑은 사용자가 직접 켠 채널(이메일, 슬랙, 구글챗, 노션)로만 전송되며, 전송된 내용은 각 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 위 경우 외에 정보를 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 오류 기록
실행 중 오류가 생기면 오류 종류와 기술 정보가 Google Cloud의 실행 기록에 남을 수 있습니다. 이 기록은 오류를 해결하고 서비스를 개선하는 데에만 사용하며, 광고 데이터나 개인 정보를 의도적으로 기록하지 않습니다.
7. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수
서비스가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 방식은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.
8. 안전성
정보는 Google의 인프라 안에서 처리되며, 외부 채널로 보낼 때는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 이용자의 권리
모든 정보가 사용자의 스프레드시트와 구글 계정 안에 있으므로, 사용자는 언제든지 직접 확인하고 고치거나 지울 수 있습니다. 도움이 필요하면 아래로 문의해 주세요.

AdBrief (the “Service”) is a Google Sheets add-on that analyzes Meta ad report data in your spreadsheet and creates performance briefings. This policy explains how the Service accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
1. Permissions we request and what they are used for

2. Information we process
- Ad performance data you place in the spreadsheet, such as campaign, ad set and ad names, dates, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and revenue. It is read during analysis; results are written to the same spreadsheet and sent to the destinations you enable.
- Settings such as recipient email addresses, Slack and Google Chat webhook URLs, the Notion integration token and page URL, analysis criteria, goals and schedule. They are stored in Google’s Apps Script Properties Service, scoped to the spreadsheet and to your user account.
- The Service does not otherwise collect personally identifying information such as your name or contact details.
3. How we use information
Information is used only to create the briefing and deliver it to the destinations you choose. It is not used for advertising, user profiling or training artificial intelligence models.
4. Storage and retention
- The developer does not operate any server for the Service. Your ad data and settings remain within your Google account and the spreadsheet.
- Information is kept until you delete it. Clearing settings in the control panel, removing the add-on or deleting the spreadsheet deletes it. The Notion token is deleted when you turn off the Notion connection.
5. Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- Briefings are sent only to destinations you enable (email, Slack, Google Chat, Notion). Content delivered there is governed by the privacy policies of those services.
- We do not share information with anyone else except where required by law.
6. Error logs
If an error occurs, the error type and technical details may be recorded in Google Cloud execution logs. These logs are used only to fix errors and improve the Service, and we do not intentionally record ad data or personal information in them.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
AdBrief’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Security
Information is processed within Google’s infrastructure, and delivery to external destinations uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Your rights
Because all information stays in your spreadsheet and Google account, you can review, correct or delete it at any time. Contact us if you need help.
